At the end of March, polling averages showed President Donald Trump’s (R) approval rating was 42%, the same as it had been over the previous three months. The lowest was on December 8, 2025, when his approval rating was 41%. 

At the end of March, congressional approval was 19% and disapproval was 65%. The lowest approval rating the 119th Congress has received is 14%, last seen on Nov. 10, 2025. The highest approval rating it has received is 37%, last seen on July 1, 2025.
