Incumbent Jared Evan Moskowitz (D), Scott Singer (R), Peter Jassenoff (L), and Michaelangelo Hamilton (No Party Affiliation) (Write-in) are running in the general election for Florida's 25th Congressional District on November 3, 2026.

Moskowitz was first elected to represent the 23rd District in 2022. Florida adopted a new U.S. House district map in 2026, changing the boundaries of both the 23rd and 25th districts from those used in 2024. Inside Elections' Bradley Wascher and Jacob Rubashkin said the new 25th District has "no true predecessor — formed by leftover pieces not used to pack the three remaining Democratic-leaning districts. Forty-six percent of its population comes from the old 23rd District, while 30 percent is from the outgoing 24th District and just 16 percent comes from the original 25th District."

The Downballot calculated that President Donald Trump (R) defeated Kamala Harris (D) 54.2%–45.0% in the 2024 presidential election within the boundaries of the 2026 version of the 25th District. As of August 2026, major election forecasters rated the general election Toss-up.

Before his election to the U.S. House, Moskowitz served on the Broward County Commission in 2022 and as director of the Florida Department of Emergency Management under Gov. Ron DeSantis (R). He earlier served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2012 to 2019 and on the Parkland City Commission from 2006 to 2012. Before seeking elected office, Moskowitz worked as an attorney and political staffer. Moskowitz's campaign website says he has a "record of action, bipartisan leadership, and crisis-tested experience. From the state legislature to the floor of Congress, he’s built his career on showing up, getting results, and putting people ahead of politics."

Singer is a fellow at the America First Policy Institute. He served as mayor of Boca Raton from 2018 to 2026. Singer's campaign website says, "We deserve accountability from Congress and leaders who are interested in results more than headlines. Scott has a strong record as Mayor of Boca Raton where he served our community honorably for more than [a] decade and got things done. He removed harmful red tape negatively affecting our local businesses. In Congress, he will work with President Trump to advance the America First agenda. "

As of July 29, 2026, Moskowitz had raised $3 million and Singer had raised $2 million.

The outcome of this race will affect the partisan balance of the U.S. House of Representatives in the 120th Congress. All 435 U.S. House districts are up for election.

Currently, Republicans have a 219-212 majority with four vacancies in the U.S. House.
