The Wisconsin Supreme Court issued one opinion from April 17-23. As of April 23, the court issued 25 opinions in 2023 — five more than this point a year ago. The one opinion is below:
- DEKK Property Development, LLC v. Wisconsin Dep’t of Transportation, where the court “affirmed the decision of the court of appeals reversing the order of the circuit court granting DEKK motion for summary judgment, holding that summary judgment should be granted in DOT’s favor.”
