Trump campaign has outraised Haley campaign in Georgia


Donald Trump (R) has raised the most money from Georgia state of all presidential candidates, with $1.92 million raised since the start of the campaign cycle. Trump raised $414,626 in the fourth quarter of 2023. Nikki Haley (R) has raised the next most from Georgia, with $1.43 million since the start of the campaign and $673,665 in the fourth quarter.

Twenty-three notable presidential candidates, including those who have dropped out of the race, raised a total of $5.63 million from Georgia donors between Jan. 1, 2023, and Dec. 31, 2023. Thirty-five notable candidates raised $31.3 million in Georgia during the 2020 election cycle, while 25 raised $17.2 million during the 2016 election cycle.

Looking at the top two fundraisers in quarter four — Trump and Haley:

  • 16,413 donors in Georgia donated to Trump’s campaign last quarter.
  • Of those 16,413, the largest share, 8,268 (50%), donated under $5.
  • 6,179 donors in Georgia donated to Haley’s campaign last quarter. 
  • Of those 6,179, the largest share, 2,020 (33%), donated between $25 and $49. 

Biden has raised 14% of the money donated in Georgia this election cycle. He received 49.5% of the vote in 2020. Trump has raised 34% of the money donated in Georgia this election cycle. He received 49.3% of the vote in 2020.
