Republican primary elections for all 99 districts in the Ohio House of Representatives took place on Aug. 2, 2022. Of the 99 districts up for election in 2022, 30 had a Republican primary election with more than one candidate.
Across all contested Republican primary elections, candidates raised $3.6 million. Incumbents raised an average of $171,510 per candidate and challengers raised an average of $15,606 per candidate.

Thomas Patton advanced to the general election with 82 percent of the vote and Ryan McClain received 18 percent of the vote.
#2 District 78 – $364,694
Incumbent Susan Manchester raised $316,114 and J.J. Sreenan raised $48,580.
Susan Manchester advanced to the general election with 55 percent of the vote and J.J. Sreenan received 45 percent of the vote.
#3 District 90 – $302,807
Incumbent Brian Baldridge raised $302,807 and Calvin Robinson raised $0.
Brian Baldridge advanced to the general election with 88 percent of the vote and Calvin Robinson received 12 percent of the vote.
#4 District 58 – $276,598
Incumbent Alessandro Cutrona raised $276,598 and Jeff Green raised $0.
Alessandro Cutrona advanced to the general election with 100 percent of the vote and Jeff Green received 0 percent of the vote.
#5 District 46 – $264,193
Incumbent Thomas Hall raised $154,879 and Matt King raised $109,314.
Thomas Hall advanced to the general election with 56 percent of the vote and Matt King received 44 percent of the vote.
